RETURNSThank you for shopping at ittikid.com We want you to be happy and satisfied with all of the items purchased on our site, and will do our part in making sure that happens. All of the items on our site have been carefully chosen in order to bring you the best in style and quality. We take pride in all of the products that we have selectively chosen for ittikid.com and stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from ittikid.com you can return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs. Ittikid must be contacted within 3 days of receiving the item(s) Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of delivery Item(s) must be unwashed, unused, and in original packaging with tags intact All sale items final In the event that you choose to make a return or exchange, you must contact us within three days of receiving item by e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. We will provide you with return instructions at this time. We will not accept returns without prior authorization. When ittikid.com receives your returned items in their original condition and packaging, we will issue your refund, or ship the exchange. SizingBecause most of our items are from Scandinavia, the sizing can get a little tricky! We have done our best to convert the sizes according to US standards. Shippingittikid ships all orders Priority Mail or via UPS. We offer free domestic Priority Mail shipping on clothing orders over $175. Unfortunately we can not offer this for international orders. For orders under $175 see flat fee shipping and handling costs below. These amounts are total shipping amounts to one address, not per item. We currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, via USPS priority mail. We now offer international shipping for a $24.00 flat fee. Not all items are available for international shipment and is generally limited to clothing and soft goods. The recipient of the international package is responsible for customs duties or other costs related to your package. International shipping is not trackable. Once the package leaves ittikid, we are no longer responsible. The shipping cost includes $100 insurance. For trackable international shipping, please email for a rate quote.
Gift Registry/Wishlist
ittikid.com now provides a wish list / gift registry to let your friends and family know what you are wishing for! To view a registry, simply click on the registry link and search for your recipient’s name. To create a registry, you must create an account. Once you are logged in simply add items to your wish list by clicking the “Add Favs” button. Don’t forget to select a size first! You can keep your wish list private, or share with friends and family by publishing your wish list to a registry. You will be prompted to enter your first and last name. This is how your viewers will find you! There is space to add a message to your viewers. Feel free to add your shipping address here if you would like to give your friends the option to ship directly to you.
